Operations in Zambia are subject to national environmental legislation — administered by the Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) — as well as occupational health and safety and sector-specific requirements. Lenders and international partners frequently add their own environmental and social conditions on top.
SunWise produces the independent assessments, monitoring records and management-system support that these processes call for. We work alongside your team so that the evidence is ready when it is needed, and so that the underlying practices are genuinely embedded — not just documented.
